TOWN HALL MEETINGS &
Community Services Questionnaires

Many things can help older people live safe and well.
What matters most to you?

In partnership with local County Commissions on Aging, Area 4 Agency on Aging is hosting a Town Hall Meeting in each of our seven counties during the summer of 2012. 

These meetings will give senior citizens, family caregivers and community stakeholders a forum to share their concerns and ideas with leaders in the local aging services network. 

The Town Hall Meetings are also the best opportunity to provide input to A4AA before decisions are made about what types of services will receive federal Older Americans Act funds over the next four years (2013-17).

If you plan to attend, please RSVP by calling the phone number on the flyer for your county’s meeting (see list below). You can also RSVP by sending an e-mail to: wtift@a4aa.com

How to Give Input without
Attending a Meeting:
The Community Services Questionnaire

After each Town Hall Meeting is held, a Questionnaire will be posted below and print copies will be made available at key locations within each county. 

Anyone wishing to provide input should complete the Questionnaire and return it to A4AA by mail, e-mail or fax within 4 weeks.

Please Note: The Community Services Questionnaire is only intended for those people who would have attended their Town Hall Meeting if they had been able to do so. In 2014, A4AA will begin the next Needs Assessment; at that time a longer Senior Survey will be widely circulated in each county and input will be welcomed from everyone age 60 and older.
